Hi, all - I am tied up in a meeting and probably won't be able to join but had a chance to review Scott's email & attachments. Two quick things: 1. I have no objection to removing age entirely from the Young Member qualifications. 2. I also had one suggestion. I would make the dues & event fees discretion language under Law Student, Young Members and Educator Members (and any others with similar language or where this applies) consistent. Same goes for "Board" vs. "Board of Directors" throughout (so long as "Board" is clearly defined earlier if the shorter version is chosen). Law Student section says: * The Board of Directors shall have discretion in setting the dues requirements for Law Student Members and fees for PIABA associated events for Law Student Members. Young Member section says: * The Board may, in its discretion, adjust Membership and event fees for Young Members.
