I have combined the various approved changes we have made to the By-Laws
over the last two meetings in the attached one redline document (educator,
logo, young member, and law student). Please check and verify I did
everything correctly.
Thanks to all who contributed. Unless we get a new assignment from the
Board, we will not need to have a meeting in April.

Hi, all – attached is the redline of the List-Serve Guidelines for
everyone’s convenience.
Below is the *proposed language* for the section I worked on (related to
prohibitions on forwarding/disseminating List-Serve info/correspondence to
non PIABA Members) so you don’t have to go hunting for the newest revision
in the attached.
The information posted and/or sent via any PIABA list-serve is intended
solely for the use of the individual PIABA Members licensed to have access
to the applicable PIABA list-serve (“Permitted PIABA Members”) and a
Permitted PIABA Member’s necessary staff solely for such staff to assist a
Permitted PIABA Member, such as paralegals or assistants (“Permitted PIABA
Member’s Staff”).
All communications via any PIABA list-serve shall remain confidential to
Permitted PIABA Members, may also be protected by attorney-client and/or
attorney/work product privileges, and any such privileges are not waived by
virtue of any posts/messages being sent by email. Any:
use of PIABA list-serve information or communication by any person not a
Permitted PIABA Member (or not a Permitted PIABA Member’s Staff), and
any forwarding, distribution, or other dissemination of, any PIABA
list-serve information or communication to any person not a Permitted PIABA
Member (or not a Permitted PIABA Member’s Staff),
